Win Lois' Case

Greetings! I am trying to raise money to retain a lawyer in order fight an appeal to a court case that was ruled in my favor.
As many of you know, I moved to Colorado in February of this year. At that time I placed my house in Brevard, NC on the market to be sold. In the meantime, I decided to rent out the house to cover the cost of the mortgage until the house was sold.
Unfortunately, the tenants that moved in stopped paying the rent in September, leaving me no choice but to pay two mortgages to keep from getting behind on payments. I was forced to hire an attorney and take them to court. The courts ruled in my favor, and the tenants were ordered to pay the past due rent and late fees for Sept. & Oct. totaling over $4,000. They have appealed the ruling and requested a trial by jury.
At this time, I need to come up with $750 to retain my lawyer and the to fly back to NC for the jury trial. I will need to bring Landon with me as he will be out of school for break, so the extra money is to cover the last minute plane tickets for both of us.
I have put so much love and time into transforming the house into a beautiful home by renovating it myself. From an initial inspection it is estimated the tenants have done at least $5,000 in damages to the property. If I can raise the $1,800 to return to NC and fight them in court, I will win the case and will be awarded the amount owed.
The money is needed within the next week, as the trial is scheduled for November 27. I never thought I would be in this situation, but I know that God does not put you through what you cannot handle. I have full faith this will be accomplished due to wonderful friends and family. No contribution is too small. I thank you in advance for your support, whether it be through monetary donations or through thoughts and prayers.
