Win for Vinny - fighting cancer!

Please help get through this - together! <3 My dear friend Vinny is in a hospital for a while now, multiple months, his family has run out of funds and hospital debt does not allow for further medical - (!) life saving and critical (!) - treatment. Visiting is limited due corona virus, family members cannot visit often/at all, so most of Vinnys days are lonely. Raising money to cover hospital debt from splenectomy, so that dialysis can be continued! And not only when it will be an emergency, which is the policy if you have debt at the hospital...it needs to be done to keep organs functioning before they fail. Vinny has been through chemo and countless other treatments - he stays positive! =) Friends have donated before, but due jobs running out and stopping in this situation also out of options. So we really need your help now - We really need your help!!!
