Keys To The Kingdom -A Community of Vision (KTTK) is a 501 c(3) non for profit that works to educate, train and prepare adults for higher paying family supporting jobs and careers that will allow their families to move up the socio-economic ladder and be more able to maintain a middle class lifestyle and status.
KTTK is trying to expand it's offering to a broader demographic of people to include all new immigrants, regardless of race, religion or cultural background. The goal of this funding campaign is to allow KTTK to purchase the building we have designated as the future site of the Wilson Educational Resource Center. This building is located in Aurora, Illinois and was the home of the Pipefitters and Plumbers union training facility for the region.
KTTK plans to raise funds as soon as possible to secure the purchase of this property before another interested party does so. The price of the property is currently $6,300,000 and the current five year budget for KTTK including the purchase and development of the building is $31,000,000.
There is a grant that KTTK is anticipating will distribute funds in the calendar year of 2017 that would cover the purchase of the building, however they cannot give a definate time of release and their are intersted parties inquiring about the property.
The money raised for the purchase of the building through this effort will then allow the equal amount from the large grant to go to programs and incubation of small businesses for attendees of our educational programs. Therefore, though this money is for the immedate need of purchasing the property to host the education programs, your dollars spent are going to be directly replaced with program money once the large grant comes in.
