Help Artists in Your Area with Willow Creek!

Willow Creek Theatre Company needs your help! In order to make our productions the best that they can be, we need to upgrade our space. Soundproofing, organization, and higher-quality technical equipment are all necessary for us to keep doing what we do, and to keep doing it better than we have before.

Most importantly, though, we want to pay our artists. As of now, Willow Creek's business model does not allow us to guarantee a specific payment for artists, as it depends on ticket sales. While all of our artists are aware of this policy and have known about it since the project started, our mission is still to raise the bar for ethical working conditions for artists, but we can only do that with support from the community. Every dollar that we have goes to keeping our space open and providing the best opportunities we can for artists.

If you have some extra cash to spare, or want to make a charitable donation to support arts and culture in Iowa City, we would greatly appreciate it! Everything helps, and even a few dollars will go a long way to helping us put on events that are both topical and entertaining.
