Willoughby Hills Citizens, Accountability Lawsuit

Over the last several years many decisions and actions of the previous majority of Willoughby Hills, OH City Council have been deemed illegal by the courts and other decisions and actions appear equally but allegedly illegal. In the last election 3 members of that majority lost their seats by significant numbers and are no longer on council. Since that time 3 other members of that majority have resigned in the face of Law Suits for their proven illegal and allegedly illegal decisions and actions and are no longer on council. One of those members voted herself into one of the seats vacated by resignation after she was soundly defeated in the last election and before her term was officially ended. She is also one of the members who resigned in face of legal action. To this day not once has any of that majority of Council acknowledged responsibility. They have contiunued to blame shift their decisions and actions to others, inparticular the Mayor and other Council members and administrative personnel. Only one member of that majority of Council remains, then Council President Nancy, Fellows.
Five residents of Willoughby Hills have filed a Citizens Law Suit asking the court to find the illegal and allegedly illegal decisions and actions of the previous majority of Council to be misfeasance and or malfeasance. We have 19 counts to be considered before the Court. We need only one judgement of misfeasance or malfeasance against the final member of the previous majority of Council, Nancy Fellows, to have her removed from office.
Our counts are very well prepared and substantiated and we are confident we can prove more than one count of misfeasance and or malfeasance. When we win all court costs and legal fees will be assigned to the defendant and money received from this fundraiser would be returned. If, by some catastrophic event, we could not prove 1 out of 19 counts of misfeasance and or malfeasance we would be responsible for legal fees and court costs. To date I am personally vested approximately $1000 and one or two others lesser amounts. Our next deposit to the court is a minmum of $750 deposit to cover juror fees and will be due in the next couple weeks. I don't have a specific due date due to the issues caused in the Court System related to CoVid19.
This Go Fund Me page is set up to fundraise for assistance with legal fees and court related costs. The final beneficiaries will be a portion of the all the Citizens of Willoughby Hills, OH. I am glad to lead this cause and have no regrets regarding the time and money I have invested in this cause. It would be an incredible show of support for this cause, the Citizens and City of Willoughby Hills, and the five Citizens directly involved in executing this case if our goal could be reached and or exceeded.
