WILLIAM TALBERT JR Medical bills

My son  William Talbert Jr And also known as CJ  By his friends  And midnight 17 by gamer  friends.  On Thursday    December 19th  2019 he was in a motorcycle accident.  We believe it was a hit-and-run .But we cannot prove it because he's unable to talk for his self.  But we need help with his medical bills in his rehab. Any help would be  Greatly appreciate it.
