He was far from perfect, but imperfectly made striving to walk in the rightesousness.
He was a faithful member of The Rock Church. Moreover, Billy was an obedient worker for God's venue for many of years and made a positive impact on people.
Billy loved working for God in his discipleship and to be a servant to the people of God
He loved God first and his family & friends.
He had an infectious smile that would steal your heart and brighten up your day.
He loved people and was always ready to give a hand without wanting anything in return.
A true man of God.
Our beloved Billy was called and is at rest now with our Beloved Mother Ardith who was called by God also a year ago which has put much hurt upon our hearts, as well as, a large financial hardship.
So we the Phillips Family is humbly asking for donantions towards our Beloved Billy Phillips funeral arrangements he so deserves, for his "Celebration of Life" into the Arms of our Heavenly Father Above Amen.
