Hi all I am William's mother, Amanda we live in Chico, CA.   We are at UCD Children's Center and have a long road ahead of us and need some financial assistance, as we have a long road of chemo. Currently our stay will be at least two weeks and then we will be coming down every week and stay as an impatient while chemo takes place. We plan to use the money for housing, food and medical bills that we will accrue, as we will be limited with our work availability.  He is a strong, brave little boy. He was having extreme abdominal distention and pain when we took him to the ED. After many blood test and imaging results the doctors have pretty much determined that he has some sort of lymphoma. He will have surgery this morning to obtain a biopsy and to place a port of access for future treatment. Unfortunately, things move very slow and it will take at least a week to receive the results and figure out which chemo will be the best. Chris and myself along with all our family are trying to remain strong, this is by far the worst thing I have ever been through. I will update as we receive more information.
