William Adjei Family Medical Fund

My beloved younger brother Richard Mensah aged 34 had a serious accident last week getting an electrical shock. He worked as an electrician at the gold mine in Tarkwa, Ghana. He is in critical condition as 30% of his body skin is burnt. Unfortunately, the medical care in Ghana is at very low level and we are trying to transfer him to Accra or even to Switzerland, where he can get life saving treatments. His face is completely burnt and both his arms are affected. Better medical care could enable him to keep the functionality of his face and arms and reconstruct as much skin as possible. Richard is married and has three children (age 5y, 3y and 4 months). Since in Ghana no insurance will support the family financially, plus the loss of the ability to work means the family has no income, we are hoping to cover all costs for the transfer to Switzerland.
