Will's Top Surgery Recovery

Hi, my name is Will, and much like everyone else there are multiple things that make up who I am as a person. One of those things is that I am a transgender male. 

After years of longing and waiting and being so inexplicably uncomfortable with my body, I have gotten my date for Top Surgery.

On December 12th 2020 (the day after my 23rd Birthday) I will be having the surgery that will help ease my body dysphoria, which has been getting worse and preventing me from doing the things that I love, like making music, swimming, talking to friends, and even just leaving the house.  

I am raising money because although my surgery is covered by the Government, I have been advised by my surgeon not to work for 1 month due to my line of work, and the company I work for does not give me vacation hours that I can use or any other benefits for that matter, so I will still need money just to pay my bills and get to and from appointments (I won't be allowed to drive).

I was not anticipating to get my surgery until later next year, so this was completely and happily unexpected and I absolutely cannot wait!
