Who wishes to be buried in Potter's Field???
My guess is nobody...
Wilfredo Colon is our maternal uncle who lived in a nursing home and unbeknownst to us died on the 16th of October. We were contacted as his next of kin to notify us that he would be buried in Potter's Field within 2 weeks if his body was not claimed. It is our belief that he should have a proper burial. So, we are pooling together as a family to collect what we can so we can do right by him.
We were able to find a humble funeral and burial in the amount of $5,000. Unforunately, we are up against time to raise the funds on or before the funeral date of November 7th. If you are moved by God to help, please donate whatever you can; You will be blessed and so will we. Thank You.
With heavy but hopeful hearts we have faith that with all the contributions made will help Wilfredo to have a proper home going.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 7th 2017 from 4pm - 8pm at: DeRiso Funeral Home
