Coffs Harbour Wildlife Hospital
Tax deductible
Help us build a hospital for our native wildlife on the Coffs Coast!
Hi, I'm Duan March - Senior Veterinarian at Dolphin Marine Conservation Park and Operations Manager of the charity Dolphin Marine Rescue Animal Rehab Trust (DMRART), formerly known as Coffs Harbour Animal Rescue Trust (CHART).
Over the last 50 years we have rescued and released thousands of animals including dolphins, seals, marine birds and sea turtles that were found injured or unwell.
Leopard seal rescue (1975)
Green sea turtle release (2017)
We are seeking to expand upon this important work and construct a purpose-built, interactive Wildlife Hospital and Research Centre equipped to treat all native species and specialising in marine fauna.
Proposed walk through with viewing into the Wildlife Hospital and Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Lagoon
This unique centre in Coffs Harbour will work in conjunction with other scientific and veterinary facilities, provide educational programs, promote biodiversity and advocate the conservation of wildlife locally and nationally. But we need your help to build it!
Proposed refurbished Rehabilitation Area.
For further information about who we are, the work that we do and how you can get on board, head to the link below:
