GIFT CARDS for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center( Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

My son Joshua Dover had a serious motorcycle accident and is in rehab at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, OR.  He has the desire to give gift cards to the CNA's at the hospital who have helped him and have lost homes and belongings in the Southern Oregon fires. He wants to give them and their families encouragement and hope.

Joshua is emotionally and physically drained from his tragic accident and hospitalization. Yet he has compassion for his  CNAs (and their families) who have lost their homes and belongings.  He wants to give hope to those who are in a worse situation than himself.

Several of the CNA's will be receiving assistance for temporary housing, food, and clothing. Their basic needs will be met for the time being. It is Joshua's goal to give them a thank you card for them helping him in the hospital as they were losing their home in the fires.  Along with the thank you card he would like to enclose a Walmart Gift Card so the CNA can purchase something of meaning for them and their family. Something besides food and clothing. Maybe something they can purchase for their children.

The Lead Chaplain at ARRMC in Medford will obtain the names of the CNAs who are in need on the rehab floor and will distribute the thank you and gift cards.

P.S. As of now Joshua personally knows one CNA whose daughter and three children have lost their home and all belongings. He was told there are several more on his rehab floor.
