Help Wildcare protect our carers and rescuers

Wildcare rescues, rehabilitates and releases native Australian wildlife and we need your help to protect our rescuers and carers

Wildcare is 100% volunteer operated and much of the cost of rescuing and caring for the Australia wildlife is funded by our Wildcare members themselves.

However our carers are at risk of getting viruses and diseases and the cost for vaccinations is very high.

There are two diseases in particular that put our Wildcare members at risk, Lyssavirus and Q Fever.

Recently the NSW government identified the Wildcare area as being at particular risk for Q Fever and while they are offering a grant , it only covers a fraction of our members.

The cost for these vaccinations can be as much as $600 per member and may include ongoing testing and boosters.

Our carers and rescuers are passionate about native wildlife and you can rest assured that your donations will go towards keeping our members and Australian Wildlife safe
