Hey,
I'm Jules from Wild Soul Photography, also Jules M Photography based in Dublin. As with many small business's throughout the Covid-19 crisis, my business is temporarily closed.
With a little extra time on my side I decided to undertake a wee photography project, with the aim of also raising a few quid for Focus Ireland. They could really do with all the help and funding they can get right now.
Focus Ireland works with people who are homeless or are at risk of losing their homes across Ireland - www.focusireland.ie
As the evenings are getting longer and brighter we would usually be coming out of our winter hibernation, socialising, a few after work beverages, hopefully in the not too distant future we will get to see our loved ones and family's. But, as society slowly evolves back to a new kind of normal, publicans are really going bear a large brunt of the effect of this pandemic, they will be one of the last industries returning to normal operations.
I really feel for these publicans but obviously for the time being we need to support each other by staying apart.
I decided to photograph a few of our most well known and loved pubs with their owners. A few simple shots at a safe social distance.
I thought it would be great to do this project and draw a little attention to the individuals and the people behind the doors of our most loved pubs!

All social distancing will be adhered to, it will be a photo at the door of the business.
(Telephoto lens used for good safety measure)!
Front Door Portraits, Pubtraits !
Hope you can help and sponsor with a few quid for Focus Ireland!
