Aliphare, my Great Niece is 3.5 yrs old! She was attacked by 2 German shepherds on Tuesday, March, 21st. She, unfortunately in this attack was scalped from mid forehead to the back of her head, right down to the skull, she will be in the hospital for the next 5-8 weeks and this is just stage 1 of a long line of therapies and surgeries. Sadly this incident will leave her permanently disfigured & her hair will never grow in.. she won't be a candidate for hair replacement surgery until she is done growing -meaning she's an adult! We want to help her feel as much of a little girl as possible and to fit in as much as possible, over time she will learn to come to grips with her scars and her tiger stripes that show she's a survivor but in the mean time it would be wonderful if she had wigs, head wraps and hats that make her feel like a little girl should feel! Wigs are very expensive and as she grows she will need to replace them often. We are a small family and family is everything to us. We want to thank you for reading this campaign please note we are not in any way seeking medical expense coverage all of her medical is covered @100%
We will utilize funds for Aliphare for wigs, wraps, hats, and items she will need during her recovery, and on going therapies.
