Wife has lung cancer

On November 16, 2017 my wife was diagnosed with lung cancer, also the scan showed up in some bone area. We have 3 minor babies ages 3 to 14. We know we have A long road ahead of us..... Surgeries, medical bills, school events for our kids, not to mention our bills. We are a Christian, Bible based family .....Who are scared to death and do not have anywhere to turn for financial help to help us get through this My wife told me today.....Jacob ( our 3 yr old won't remember her).
