On Monday November 30th, while Abd El Ghader Sylla was working his shift at the Shell gas station at the intersection of Williams Blvd and West Esplanade, two gunmen came into the store and took my nephews life in spite of the fact that he complied with their demands and begged for his life as they robbed the store.
We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss our family has had to endure.
Being in his company with his daughter, you could see the overwhelming love he had for her. He constantly prayed for his daughter. Even while she was still in the womb he prayed over her hoping for a life full of love and happiness for his growing family.
Please pray for Abd El Ghader Sylla’s soul and for the health and healing of his family and friends.
Because he was a significant family provider, any money received will support for his widow, one year old daughter, and unborn child during this challenging and unforeseen time, especially right before the holiday season.
