<div>unser Kinderschutzverein wird aktuell auf über 20.000 EUR Schmerzensgeld und Unterlassung abgemahnt, weil wir auf Instagram zum Fall Liebich einen Beitrag von der WELT geteilt hatten. Grundlage der Abmahnung ist das Offenbarungsverbot des seit 1. November 2024 geltenden Selbstbestimmungsgesetzes. Wir werden Rechtsbeistand in Anspruch nehmen und uns juristisch zur Wehr setzen. Dazu brauchen wir dringend Eure Hilfe.

<div>Mein Name ist Josefine Barbaric und als Vorständin von Nein, lass das! e. V. - einer bundesweit aktiven Kinderschutzorganisation – setzen wir uns schwerpunktmäßig und deutschlandweit für die Prävention gegen sexualisierte Gewalt an Kindern ein. Für uns ist Kinderschutz untrennbar zum Frauenschutz zu sehen. Daher beschäftigen wir uns auch mit anderen wichtigen Themen, die für den Kinderschutz in Deutschland relevant sind.

<div>Unter anderem kritisieren wir das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz (SBGG), das bedauerlicherweise am 01.11.2024 in Deutschland in Kraft getreten ist. Mit diesem Gesetz kann jeder Mann ohne jegliche Prüfung seinen Personenstand in "weiblich" abändern lassen. Das gilt auch für gewaltbereite, kriminelle, rechtsextreme oder inhaftierte Männer. Das im Gesetz enthaltene Offenbarungsverbot verbietet außerdem, den bisherigen Namen und das bisherige Geschlecht zu benennen. Da ich über Liebich unter Verwendung des bisherigen Vornamens und Geschlechtseintrags geschrieben hatte, wurde ich – wie etliche weitere Personen und größere Medien – abgemahnt.

<div>In einem <a href="https://www.mdr.de/nachrichten/deutschland/gesellschaft/faktencheck-selbstbestimmungsgesetz-identitaet-kriminelle-100.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Faktencheck des MDR</a> vom 21. Mai 2024 hieß es noch: "Man darf ja nicht vergessen, dass es insbesondere für Rechtsextremisten und Islamisten ideologisch gerade bei dem Thema eigentlich nicht vorstellbar ist, dass sie ihr Geschlecht wechseln und sei es auch nur behördlich." Aber genau das Unvorstellbare ist jetzt geschehen.

<div>Als Kinderschutzverein halten wir es für herausragend wichtig, biologische Tatsachen benennen zu können. Unser Fall zeigt schon jetzt, wie missbräuchlich das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz ist. Man mag sich gar nicht vorstellen, von was wir zukünftig noch alles lesen oder hören werden. Darum beschreiten wir nun den rechtlichen Weg. Als Kinderschutzorganisation, die sich ebenso für Frauenrechte einsetzt, wollen wir die Politik auffordern, umgehend zu handeln. Darum sind wir nun auf eure Hilfe angeweisen. Vielen Dank!

<div>Warning from neo-Nazi Liebich – legal assistance for child protection organisation

<div>I am currently being warned of over €20,000 in damages and an injunction because I published a post on Instagram about the Liebrich case. The basis for the warning is the prohibition of disclosure under the Self-Determination Act, which will come into force on 1 November 2024. I will seek legal counsel and defend myself in court. To do this, I urgently need your help.

V. - a nationwide child protection organisation - we focus on the prevention of sexualised violence against children throughout Germany. For us, child protection is inextricably linked to women's protection. That is why we also deal with other important issues that are relevant to child protection in Germany.

<div>Among other things, we criticise the Self-Determination Act (SBGG), which unfortunately came into force in Germany on 1 November 2024. This law allows any man to change his marital status to ‘female’ without any kind of examination. This also applies to violent, criminal, right-wing extremist or imprisoned men. The prohibition of disclosure contained in the law also prohibits the disclosure of the previous name and gender. Since I had written about Liebich using the previous first name and gender entry, I was – like a number of other people and larger media outlets – issued with a warning.

<div>In a <a href="https://www.mdr.de/nachrichten/deutschland/gesellschaft/faktencheck-selbstbestimmungsgesetz-identitaet-kriminelle-100.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">fact check by MDR</a> on 21 May 2024, it was still stated: ‘One must not forget that, especially for right-wing extremists and Islamists, it is actually inconceivable ideologically, especially on this topic, that they change their gender, even if only officially.’ But the inconceivable has now happened.

<div>As a child protection organisation, we consider it extremely important to be able to identify biological facts. My case already shows how abusive the Self-Determination Act is. It is not even possible to imagine what we will read or hear about in the future. That is why we are now taking legal action. As a child protection organisation that is also committed to women's rights, we want to call on politicians to act immediately. That is why we are now dependent on your help. Thank you very much!
