Whoop Data Extractor Hosting

This campaign is to fund the hosting for the WHOOP Data Extractor tool.
The tool is currently hosted on a site called Heroku which allows a certain number of free hours per month, and then $7/month after that. This extractor tool has exceeded the free hours for two months in a row.
If the campaign is funded the extractor tool will be available to the community with no downtime. I've set the goal for $10 because GoFundMe has fees that have to be covered.
Anything over $10 will be used to keep the tool up for several consecutive months.
