Whistleblower Blast event at Holyrood

The whistleblower hotline campaign for NHS staff in Scotland is at a critical juncture. Holyrood's Health Committee are in favour, the Scottish Government are not. We need to help all MSPs understand what is at stake here. BBC radio Good Morning Scotland showed how close we were in this interview on 27th March with Health Committee convener Lewis McDonald MSP and whistleblower nurse Rab Wilson (it starts at 2:14:45 and ends 2:20:53)
Help us reach the next stage. We are holding an event in the Macdonald Holyrood hotel , just a minute's walk from Parliament (see map here ) in June. The event will be THE WHISTLEBLOWERS BLAST. We have a number of NHS doctors, nurses and admin staff lined up who want to report how they have suffered for blowing the whistle on dangerous and bullying practices.
We anticipate good media coverage for these whistleblowers have never before been given a collective voice.
The Vice Convener for Health, Emma Harper MSP, has committed to attend, we must entice the other 128 MSPs to attend also.

The room hire for the Wednesday night of 19th June, from 7.30-9.30pm, will cost £500. We need £80 for flyers to promote the event plus £50 for print costs.
