For 6 years Muzzy has been a Whisker Walker, she been a fixture always there always happy - but this year she walks with angel wings at the bridge.
We have lost not only a Whisker Walker but a friend, a great ambassador for the Akita breed and a piece of all our hearts. Whisker Walk won't be the same without her.
No one feels her loss more than her wonderful family - Mom, Cynthia and Dad, Mike have always been such strong advocates for Big East Akita Rescue! Muzzy's beautiful boys Kane and Storm - grand Champions in the ring but just the goofy boys who she kept right in line at the island.
Kane and Storm will take their first steps as Whisker Walkers this year and for many years to come to honor of their mother's spirit.
Do your Mom proud - you've got some big paws prints to fill boys.
