Whipple procedure

Mike 's a private person and doesn't normally let me post things but this time he has because he's concerned.  He will be having a Whipple procedure Wednesday, November 1st.  This is a very intense surgery and takes 10% of the stomach, the head of the pancreas and the duodenum and then they route other parts.  It's a massive surgery, takes at least 3 hours and he's in the hospital 5 - 7 days and out of work for a month.  He
has been sick for a couple years and the DR's haven't been able to figure it out.  In June they took his gallbladder and then they found a small mass.  They can't be for sure there's no cancer.  We will know once the mass is removed.  However, if they don't do this surgery there is an 80% chance he will have cancer in one of the areas.  With all the hospital stays and being out of work the both of us have exhausted our sick and vacation time so we won't have money from there and we are still working on paying all the medical bills.  Any help would be appreciated to get us thru the month he will be out of work.
