Two years ago my daughters father passed away and left me with a lot of
bills and a mortgage payment.
I contracted someone to do it and unfortunately they never completed it. I had given him all of the savings I had with the intentions this was going to be a new start for my daughter and I as the house needed a lot of work.
he was then incarcerated and I was neverable to recover the funds he owed me. He was apparently scamming the elderly and he will be incarcerated for many years.
Due to COVID I lost my job this year and unemployment has yet to pay me funds for the weeks of unemployment I have claimed. At this point like many other Americans today I feel like I might even lose thehouse and never fix it.
the reason this house is so important to my daughter and I is because it hold all the memories of him and it’s the only thing that my daughter has left of him
my goal is to collect enough funds to catch up on my mortgage payments and fix the house so that my daughter and I can make it our home.
I have struggled for over two years financially because of his death and I feel that my anxiety is always on edge and I am
not sure how much more my nerves can handle this.
Amy little bit can help and I hope that I’m doing so I can somehow pay it forward toothers eventually.
