Moms Home repair

Good day all and thank you for taking the time to read this plea for assistance from my Cleveland community. My name is Brett Ervin and I have created a gofund me for my mother Mrs.Ervin to assist with major repairs to her dwellings. My mother is 74 years old and is currently battling some health issues . My mothers has always tried to do her best with taking care of herself and other but as old age has set in and her health has deteriorated she has been unable to maintain the upkeep of the property due to weather damage, age of the home and living on a fixed income.
I have reached to Several organizations of the past few months as well as my Ward 6 councilman to see if there was grant money available to assist me with making vital repairs to the home but to no avail. I have tried all avenues that I know of and creating this gofundme was my last hope to assist with keeping a property that has been in the neighborhood and in our family over 60 years operational and not a neighborhood eyesore. If I could assist more financially I would but due to the Covid situation I have been out of work since last February and have been experiencing my own financials setbacks.
Recently my mother was contacted by the city because of the roof violation . Repairing the roof is a top priority to make sure we are within city code as well as safety concerns. The recent high winds we have had in the city over the past two weeks has caused more deterioration as well.
Funds that are generously donated will be put towards roof repair, porch rebuild (Front and Back), exterior and interior painting. Fence completion to close off her backyard from being open to public access. In asking for the public's assistance I will personally make sure the funds are used ethically and appropriately for the repairs of the home.
