Homeless need help

I am a single mother trying to do right by my kids I just had a new born baby girl and I have an older son I'm trying to get us a place and get things for my kids... I have tryed everything shelter homes and programs everything and I even went to family for help.. I'm tried of struggling and going through things by myself I really need help PLEASE ANYBODY HELP ME AND MY FAMILY OUT WE ARE IN NEED
