<div>My good friend Rhonda Cormier and I have chosen this school because our friend Lisa Bourque, who is a teacher there advised us that the need is great.

<div>We’ve already spent several hundreds of dollars buying beanies, ski gloves and undergarments but they need more, including t-shirts, gym pants, etc.
</div>

<div>The school population is approx 470 students, from kindergarten to grade 5, most of which come from low income families.
</div>

</div>
<div>When I think of how fortunate most of us are and how we often take for granted going out to the restaurant, going away for a weekend, taking trips, buying clothes not because we need them but just because we can…it breaks my heart knowing that children from our community don’t have the basic needs.
</div>

<div>I kindly ask you all to donate whatever amount you can so that Rhonda and I can help these children.

<div>Our goal is to reach $20k so that we can buy these children the essentials.

<div>L'école compte environ 470 élèves, de la maternelle à la 5e année, dont la plupart viennent de familles à faible revenu.

<div>Quand je pense comment choyer la plupart de nous sommes et de la façon dont nous nous prenons pour acquis le fait d'aller au restaurant, de partir en week-end, de faire des voyages, d'acheter des vêtements non pas parce que nous en avons besoin, mais simplement parce que nous en avons les moyens... cela me brise le cœur de savoir que des enfants de notre communauté ne disposent pas du minimum vital.
