Wheels for 4 Legs

Job hunting sucks. Job hunting when you're older sucks more. Job hunting when you've lost your job, been forced to give up your apartment and move in with friends is even worse.

Worst of all? job hunting in a new state while living in a county with no mass transit and no car. 

After a lifetime of working full time and being a productive member of society, I am mortified to  find myself falling on the mercy of my friends. 

For the first time in my life, I need help. I desperately need funds to purchase a modest, reliable used car - I would be so unbelievably grateful to anyone who would be able to help in any amount.
