Wheelchair User Needs Help

I am a quadriplegic wheelchair user with Spastic Cerebral Palsy, and over the past 2 years I have had one expense/repair after another, and I can’t seem to get ahead   On top of everything else, in 2017 Nevada Medicaid forced me to pay them over $3,000 to keep my old manufactured home on rented land, in order to settle my late father’s Medicaid debt, actions which violate Federal Law since I am exempt from recovery as an Adult Disabled Child.  This is in addition to forcing me to go to California to get basic care, and Nevada Medicaid’s abuse of both of my elderly parents, which I won’t discuss here in the interest of brevity. This violation of the law was started by US. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto while she was Attorney General of Nevada. I only receive only $1100 in benefits each month.  Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval(who has now left office), ignored both letters I wrote him in 2017, and his subordinates either completely ignored me, or they violated my Due Process Rights, etc.

My actual debts are in excess of $40K and growing, but even the slightest help would be appreciated.

Since the new Governor of Nevada, Steve Sisolak, took  office in January 2019, I have  asked for his help in resolving some of these issues, but he thinks like Brian Sandoval, and refuses to respond. Instead of governing, Sisolak would rather have photo ops with schoolchildren or tweet food pics. I attempted to tell my story in a video, but I took it down after bullying and threats from friends of Governor Sisolak. Update: the video is back up. Steve Sisolak WILL NOT SHUT ME UP!!!!!

I hope you can help, because I am growing more desperate by the day.
