I take care of my 93 year old Mom   and recently  we had to sell  our house in Lakewood because we couldn't afford it no more , and moved to a mobile home in Anaheim... when we moved here we did not realize that we couldnt  use a portable ramp up the stairs on the back porch because the stairs were too  steep for one... So we hired a person we had gave him $800 and  he said he would build us  a ramp to get her out of the house to her doctor appointments!  well he built the frame and took off and never  came back ! it's been up for 4 months.<br />..but the park made us take it down just  the past few weeks as they said we had to tear it down as it wasent up to the code and it wasent finished... we have called several agencies everywhere  and cou look d bot get any help with building it or with help from for a mini elevator ..<br />The ramp has to be by code 32'  FT   long with handrails and the cost is approximately $3000 to have one built but if we have 1 built  it would take away our Car parking space so they suggested that we get a Mini elevator but they're very expensive so I asked the contractor if a  used one would be possible and he said yes ! they run about $4000... if anybody has  a   used  one they would like to  donate as we are both on a fixed income...or I can try on here to  raise money to get mom  one so she can get out of the house to her doctor appointments we would really appreciate it! she hasn't been to the doctor in 4 months she has glaucoma she has severe arthritis and she has bad  urinary problems and  is going blind in one eye  from glaucoma we have to get her to the doctors ! we are kind of trapped in the house right now we have no way out ! the park made us  take it down somebody please help ! we've tried everywhere honestly to get help.... this is my only choice hoping my friends and family will help me get her the ramp the  money we need or donate the services or a Mini elevator to help us thank you so very much!!
