Wheelchair accessible van for Jason

I am a 26 year old with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a degenerative disease where your muscles continually deteriorate. Five years ago, I was critically ill with aspiration pneumonia and as a result have a trache, ventilator,  feeding tube and require oxygen 24 hours a day. My complex care includes regular trips to the local hospital (airways clinic) and other medical appointments. The wheelchair van currently used to transport me to these appointments and other social events in the community (i.e. Church, community events, visiting friends and family) is unable to drive without extensive repairs.     The purchase of a new van is very expensive so I am asking for help in raising enough funds before winter to make this possible.
