STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERED, PAY TOW AND STORAGE FEE.

On Saturday, July 11th 2020,  I bought a 2007 Volvo s80 for $2,600. That first week of owning it l, i put about $230 in total for new brakes, rotors, oil, headlights, and other miscellaneous little fixer uppers.       Now come the morning of Sunday, July 19th 2020, my vehicle had disappeared. So I filed a missing/stolen car report.       Just less than two months later i receive a letter in the mail stating that my vehicle had been found and recovered, and was located at an auto storage. So i called the number i was provided with in the letter, and yup, they had my vehicle. .... And they said it would cost me $584 to get it out. I tried to explain my situation but the gentlemen did not seem to care much.       So here i am. Asking for all the help i can get to have my back. Anything helps.
