In need of help Jeremy Purser

It has been a very tough year specially with covid. The beginning of the year my gallbladder wasn't working wright it took 4 months to have surgery to get it taken out. It took about a month to recover, I was doing good for a couple months after. Then I had a pain in my neck around the beginning of August thought it was just a pinch nerve, it would not go away still have it. Then my head started feeling foggy, with a headache, my ears started ringing and felt like bugs crawling in my ears, started losing my taste and smell did 2 covid test both negative. Then my nerves started to have spasms did a mri on my head and neck, spinal tap, and a nerve test to check for MS and lesion in my head. The diagnosis was negative for MS but i have lessons in my head, a mini stroke, and carpel tunnel in my right and left wrist. The neurologist can't figure out what is going on with my nerves yet just but me on gabapetine it is helping. I am getting ready for carpel tunnel surgery november 23 on my right wrist.
My work was just starting short term disability on october 1 so i did all the paperwork the financial place where they got it from told them my situation when it all started with my nerves in august they said they would start it on the 1st of october. Then i waited for there review board to look over it they called me and denied it because it all started before they had short term disability welcome to 2020. I have only worked about 4 months never been in this situation before any help would be much appreciated.
