Westminster Cut for Cancer
Hey all,
Well here it is. If you want to see this idiot with no hair, here’s your chance.
On the 21st of October (Week 1 Friday, Term 4), I will be shaving my head to raise funds and awareness for the Lion Hearts Learning Foundation. Lion Hearts Learning is a registered charity that helps children with cancer to live their best lives under tough circumstances.
I will be doing this challenge alongside some Year 12 students, Year 6 students, and some staff from Westminster School, who are collectively raising funds and awareness for a variety of charities. This includes the McGrath Foundation (breast cancer), Lion Hearts Learning, Movember Foundation (prostate cancer) and the Australian Skin Cancer Foundation.
Cancer is something that has touched the Westminster School community in recent years, and is also a close topic for my family. Your donation will help young people cope with cancer within their family, rebuild their foundation and connect with other people in the same situation.
Below, I have attached my personal link for raising money. Each person participating in the head shave has their own link and the goal of raising $500. Any donations made are greatly appreciated!
Please help us to reach our goal and together we can make a difference.
Thanks a million
