<div>This is Mike (Anna’s brother) and my wife, Veda, writing from Australia. Like many of you, we want to support Anna and Roger through the incredibly tough time they’re facing right now.

<div>Being so far away can feel frustrating, but after speaking with family members who are helping with the kids and managing their day-to-day life, we realised one of the best ways we can help is by easing their financial burden. Less financial stress means more rest, more recovery, and more energy for healing.

<div>Running a household, holding jobs, operating a small business, and raising three young children is challenging even in the best of times—let alone when both parents are recovering from serious surgeries. Support could mean:

<div>	•	Hiring cleaners for their home and AirBnB rentals
</div>
<div>	•	Covering costs to manage their rental business for a couple of months
</div>
<div>	•	Helping with expenses so friends can take the kids out for the day
</div>
<div>	•	Repairing their car or buying groceries

<div>	•	Providing funds for Anna to get taxis to appointments (she can’t drive for another year)

<div>Our hope is to lift some of this load over the next six months so they can focus on their health and recovery.

<div>We’ve started a crowdfunding page for anyone who’d like to help but isn’t sure how. The funds will go directly to Anna and Roger. We haven’t told them about this yet but we know they need it, and stress relief is one of the best medicines.
