HOPE FOR JACK

As you are all aware, my brother Jack is not a tiny man.

Unfortunately, the weight has caught up with him, and he now requires surgery to repair/replace veins in his legs.

Jack will need two surgeries in the next three weeks. He is having one of them done as I write this message.

The next will be on June 17th. Please donate what you can, as Jack's medical benefits only cover a small portion of the

medical expenses. Never mind the additional costs of rehab, physical therapy and medical needs after the surgeries.
