Hi, my name is JD Rhymes, and I am currently a Life Scout in Troop 007 in Elk Grove, CA, working on my Eagle Project. In third grade, I started my scouting journey because I wanted to shoot a bow and arrow and joined Pack 255. Now I am an 8th Grader at Toby Johnson Middle School and on my way to becoming an Eagle Scout!
 
During COVID, it has been challenging for us to meet in person for our troop meetings. However, the Elk Grove Teen Center has been nice to allow us to use their facility to host our in-person meeting for this last year, so we no longer had to be on Zoom.
 
To give back to the Teen Center, my project is to revamp the outside Landscaping area and Bench. The Elk Grove Teen Center is an excellent place for teens to hang out or even get help with homework after school.
 
Please help me raise funds to purchase materials and supplies to complete my project. You are not just supporting my goal to complete my Eagle Project but helping make the Elk Grove Teen Center an inviting place to hang out.
