Travel Expenses for Curtis Family

Dear Friends, family and the like. We created this page to support a family who is close to our hearts. Matt and Kandice Curtis are bravely taking on a significant health challenge with their oldest son Weston. Any help and/or kind words you can offer them will be greatly appreciated.
On July 14 Weston "Wessy" Curtis, a vibrant 2 year old with electric eyes, was admitted to the hospital for possible hydrocephalus, meaning fluid on the brain. Subsequently he was airlifted via airplane from Del Rio to Santa Rosa Children's Hospital in San Antonio. Doctors have since discovered a mass on Wessy's brain and the family is on standby for a more firm diagnosis and treatment plan.
The Curtis family was blessed with a new baby in early July named Colton. The logistics of juggling a nursing newborn and maintaining a bedside presence for Wessy are going to be complicated as baby Colton is not allowed in the ICU. The Curtis family has amazing support from friends and family who are currently helping offset these complications.
We are graciously asking for your financial assistance. The family is looking at extensive hotel stays and travel expenses between Del Rio and San Antonio. No amount is too small. Please feel free to contact any of us personally with questions about this fundraising effort. Thank you in advance.
While the family is transitioning, preparing to tackle Weston's surgery and continuing to welcome family, we are asking that any offers for hospital visits be deferred at this time.
