We're Together Ending Poverty Fundraiser

We’re Together Ending Poverty (WTEP) needs your help to continue addressing root causes of poverty.

 

 

Dear Community friends,

 

We need your help.

 

Pre-Covid, WTEP, a grassroots organization, raised funds in Calgary through parties, silent auctions, and bottle drives which many of you supported. Due to the challenges posed in these unique times, we are now embarking on a Go-Fund-Me Campaign to safely raise the money needed to continue our advocacy and educational work around basic Income and other poverty reduction measures.

 

 

We are setting a goal of $2000 to cover ongoing expenses and are asking for your help to reach this goal.

 

 

Our volunteer members focus their energy on educating and advocating for Basic Income. Your donations will help us to cover ongoing expenses. These include the recurring licensing fee for the film we use in our Basic Income (BI) Workshops, and honoraria and traditional offerings for the Sharing Circle facilitators who lead gatherings on the topic of meeting our basic needs.

 

Your gift will also help us accommodate other expenses such as website fees, bus tickets, food, supplies, and other costs for future events.
