We're Gonna Fix Grandma's House

We are going to fix Grandma Gucwa's house so she can continue to live in it for the rest of her life.

For the last 55 years Kathleen Gucwa has raised a family of eight and resided at 1222 S. Monroe in Green Bay, WI.  The home, built in 1868, is in need of repair.  The City of Green Bay has issued a demolition order if the home is not brought up to code.  We're gonna fix Grandma's house.

We are in the process of getting a loan against the house for $25,000 for repairs, but this is not going to be enough.  At present we are seeking to raise $3000 for preparation work.  The $25,000 will be used for a new roof, foundation repair, electrical, plumbing and porch repairs.   Then there are the unknown unknowns.

Any additional funds raised we plan to use to give Grandma an updated kitchen.
