Wendy's Last Wishes & Services
On Saturday morning, August 12, 2017, this beautiful woman was tragically taken from her loved ones. Although Wendy Shutter embraced this world with a brilliant smile and heart of gold, her young life ended abruptly this morning as the weakness of her precious heart came to a final stop.
On behalf of her husband, Mike Shutter, as well as Wendy's family, this GoFundMe account is being created to help offset the sudden and unexpected cost to uphold Wendy's final wishes and services. In lieu of flowers and/or other gifts, donations are requested to support her final arrangements.
To know Wendy is to love her. We cannot say 'was' because the love for this amazing woman continues to be strong. For more than 30 years, she and Mike shared a bond of friendship, love, and passion for life. Beyond that, Wendy was a devoted daughter who brought joy and compassion. She was lovingly known as 'Aunt Wendy' by so many children ... always going out of her way to love, listen, laugh, and enjoy their milestones in life. As a sister and sister-in-law, she was a voice of reason and strength. As a cousin, she was always there to celebrate and share a warm hug. As a friend, Wendy always put others ahead of herself and poured unconditional love into every friendship she embraced.
Your donations are greatly needed, appreciated, and valued as Wendy's family pulls together to carry out her last wishes. Thank you in advance for your love and kindness ... as our hearts are breaking, they are also full of gratitude for your thoughts and generosity.
*If you are unable to donate, please feel free to share so that other can.
