My name is Paula Dysart and I am the General Manager of Wendy's at 1601 N. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, MO. I am here to talk about everyone's favorite person..... Wendy's Weather Guy... Charles Thorton. I can not speaking highly enough on this employee. He is not only a hard-worker, great employee, and over-all nice guy, he is our mascot daily. He reminds us everyday that we are all great and always puts us in a better mood.
He never has a bad day and he always makes sure to talk to everyone, EVERY single day. He is a shining example of what great customer service is and what we strive to show everyday, through Dave's Legacy.
Charles is a bright, funny, and a talented guy. Charles went to college for Computer Technology for 3 years. He is wanting to finish his degree and he is deserving of helping hands to reach his goals.
