Natalie Mae's Future

Hello all, thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop and visit this page. We have created this go fund me for a dear friend of mine, Natalie Mae McDaniel. Natalie is 18 and is in her senior year of high school. She has been drag racing since the age of 8, and her father even longer.
It is with deep sorrow that I have to inform you all that Natalie's father, "Big Steve", passed away Saturday night, November 22, surrounded by friends and family. Steve fell sick with cancer for the first time a couple years ago, again one year ago, and then this time a couple months ago. Natalie and Steve have been on their own since 2003, when her mother died from cancer.
Steve has given every thing he has/had for his daughter. He is an outstanding and brave man; Steve is Natalie's best friend.
Words can not express the sadness among our racing family.
We have created this account to attempt to fund Natalie's college/future. Natalie dreams of being a nurse. Through her time spent in and out of hospitals Natalie had grown a passion for helping those, the way others helped her and her parents. Though nothing can replace Steve and Maureen, and make the pain go away, hopefully we can give her a future to hold on to and aspire towards.
