Nelva's Homegoing Celebration

Words cannot describe the feeling of losing a loved one. 
The world seems completely different when you've lost someone who used to make you laugh, someone who comforted you when you were sad, and someone whose strength made you proud. How different things will be without someone who was so dear to me.

My Aunt Nelva was the epitome of strength and perserverence. She was a daughter, a mother, a grandmother, a great-grandmother, a sister, an aunt, and a friend. She was full of spunk and personality. She lived a life filled with love and she gave so much of herself despite the countless immeasurable pain that she endured. Over the past year she was stricken with numerous illnesses that left her bedridden. The sicknesses consumed her and we struggled as we watched her  transition. Although we are happy that she is at peace, we will miss her dearly.  

Unfortunately, she did not have any funeral preparations set up and we need to ensure that she recieves a proper burial. Funeral costs are high and the family is experiencing challenging financial times. So anything that you can donate would be greatly appreciated.
