We Love Kay Beck

Kay Beck is like family to everyone who knows her, especially to the families of the children she has taught.  She has been a teacher of special needs children for 43 years, sacrificing much for the sake of her students.  As a parent of two of her current students it is impossible for me to express the gratitude I feel for her and to adequately explain the depth to which she has blessed our lives and lives of my children.

On Sunday December 18 Kay had an accident in her home and broke both of her ankles.  She is having surgery on Monday December 19 to repair both of her ankles but will be unable to work for at least one month, probably more.

She has been working a second job after school to make ends meet and will no longer be able to earn any income from both jobs until she recovers.

We are hoping to raise enough money to cover her living expenses during recovery and her medical deductible and other expenses.

We estimate she will need at least $10,000 to help through this rough patch.

We also learned that her car is unsafe to drive.  She has been driving an old Toyota Camry.  If anyone has connections or knows of a way to improve her car situation, any help would be appreciated.

She needs these funds ASAP.  We know this is a difficult time to come up with extra money, but we hope you can find some extra room to help a special person in need.  She has helped so many throughout her life, now she needs our help.

We sincerely thank you,
David & Megan
