Wellsway Sports Centre - Staying Active!

Following the Governments advice surrounding Covid-19, we are currently closed. We are missing all of our members and users, some of whom we see on a daily basis!
We are a small sports centre in the heart of Keynsham, located on the grounds of Wellsway School. We have approximately 500 members who access the fitness suite and our group exercise classes, and we also have a wide variety of local sports teams who use the facilities every evening and at weekends for their training and matches. It is a small site but has a huge atmosphere - with so many sports and activities taking place, there is a real 'buzz'.
As with many businesses, all sources of income have now ceased for us. However, we are still incurring operational costs, including supporting our staff members, and providing holidays clubs for children of key workers.
We cannot wait to be open again and see all the familiar faces. We would like to open with a bang and have some amazing new equipment for our users to get back into the swing of things! We are asking for donations of any size to help build a pot of money that we can reinvest back into the sports centre . We would like to purchase new equipment, such as sit up mats, Les Mills Body Pump equipment, kettlebells, and more. These items are used on a daily basis and the purpose of this is to lift everyone's spirits when they start back - a little something to be excited about.
We will be posting updates on our campaign and can't wait to show you what we have purchased when we are ready to open the doors once more!
