<div>On 28 November, I will be taking part in my first Guildford Action Sleep Out to raise vital funds for Guildford Action, a charity that has supported people facing homelessness and hardship in our community for over 40 years.

<div>This is the first time I have taken part in a Sleep Out, and while one night outside can never mirror the reality of homelessness, it does offer a small window into the challenges people face every day: carrying your bedding with you, trying to stay warm through the quietest hours of the night, and waking up to start the entire process again. It is physically tiring, emotionally tough, and a stark reminder of the resilience required simply to get through the day.

<div>All donations will go directly to Guildford Action, enabling them to continue providing food, support, and a safe, welcoming environment for those who need it most. Their work changes lives, and every contribution—no matter the amount—helps ensure that support remains available.
