Did you know there is only 15 days until Christmas?! Weipa Wildlife Carers are hoping to raise $1500 by Christmas but we need your help.
Weipa Wildlife Carers is a not-for-profit organisation set up by a group of dedicated volunteers caring for young, sick or injured native wildlife. We pay out of pocket for food and formulas and spend countless hours picking native fruits or catching insects for these animals. Not to mention around the clock feeding and medical care to provide these animals with the best opportunity we can give them, so they are healthy and strong enough to be released.
Our goal is to raise $1500 by Christmas (hopefully more) so we can pay for medicines, medications and supplies for the animals and provide training workshops for our volunteers by flying professional wildlife carers up from Cairns. We pay for all this so we can give these animals the best care possible. Please help us reach this goal by New Years by donating anything you can, we really appreciate your help.
