<div>Hallo, mein Name ist Birte und ich sammle Spenden für Waisenkinder in Uganda.

<div>Es handelt sich hierbei um die Wish &amp; Will Children‘s Care Organisation zu der ich seit einigen Monaten Kontakt pflege.
</div>
<div>Aktuell befinden sich 63 Kinder im Alter von 0- 14 Jahren in der täglichen Pflege und weitere 163 Kinder im Waisenhausdienst.
</div>
<div>Die Organisation ist komplett spendenfinanziert, Unterstützung seitens der Regierung oder größeren Kinderhilfsorganisationen gibt es leider nicht, so dass sie auf Hilfe angewiesen sind.
</div>
<div>Die Organisation gibt alles, um den Kindern eine Grundversorgung zu ermöglichen und sie in einem geschützten Rahmen aufwachsen zu lassen.
</div>
<div>Leider gibt es immer wieder Tage, an denen selbst die Nahrung fehlt und im Bestfall 1 x am Tag Porridge ausgegeben werden kann. Die Kinder schlafen in einer Lehmhütte auf dem Boden, es fehlt an Kleidung und Medizin. An fließendes Wasser oder Elektrizität ist gar nicht erst zu denken.

<div>Jedes Kind hat eine Geschichte, einen Traum und ein lebenswertes Leben. Aber für viele Kinder in Uganda wird ihre Geschichte zu oft für sie geschrieben, nicht mit ihnen.
</div>
<div>Einige von Ihnen besuchen bereits die Schule, andere warten noch auf einen Sponsor, der Ihnen die Chance auf Bildung und somit ein besseres Leben ermöglicht.
</div>
<div>Wir haben ein Dach über dem Kopf, Kleidung, Nahrung, Familie, einen Job, Düfte…kurz um, es geht uns gut.
</div>
<div>Ich selbst habe bereits ein Patenkind in dieser Organisation, welches seit September die Vorschule besucht. Es ist nur ein kleiner Beitrag, verändert aber ein ganzes Leben.
</div>

<div>Hello, my name is Birte and I am collecting donations for orphans in Uganda.

<div>This is the Wish &amp; Will Children's Care Organization that I have been in contact with for a few months now.
</div>
<div>There are currently 63 children between the ages of 1 and 14 in daily care and a further 163 children in orphanage care.
</div>
<div>The organization is completely funded by donations, unfortunately there is no support from the government or larger children's aid organizations, so they are dependent on help.
</div>
<div>The organization does everything they can to provide the children with basic care and allow them to grow up in a protected environment.
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, there are always days when even food is lacking and, at best, porridge can be served once a day. The children sleep in a mud hut on the floor and there is a lack of clothing and medicine. Running water or electricity are out of the question.
</div>
<div>Unimaginable circumstances for us.
</div>

<div>Every child has a story, a dream and a life worth living. But for many children in Uganda, their story is too often written for them, not with them.
</div>
<div>Some of them are already in school, others are still waiting for a sponsor to give them the chance of education and a better life.
</div>
