<div>We are raising funds for our *Always Free* weekly Mixed Marital Arts Class. Every sunday in Minneapolis, we meet to train in MMA with a variety of skilled instructors that are happy to teach you the basics of self defense in an environment cultivated to be a queer inclusive and anti racist space. If you've never had a chance to learn physical self defense or were driven away by the toxic culture of some gyms or maybe you are looking to get back into it and hang out with some comrades along the way, this is the training for you! Feel free to come when you can or every week if you like. We have pads and gloves for you to use on a first come first serve basis but feel free to bring your own equipment (and some water!). For security reasons, membership is restricted on an invite/vetting basis. If this is something that interests you, please reach out to the email attached or someone you already know in the group.

<div>I'm launching this fundraiser to help cover some of the costs of pads, gloves and rent that we pay for the space we train in. Our instructors have been very generous in donating their time. If this is a project you appreciate, I encourage you to toss us a couple bucks to help keep it going. We hope to spread a culture of self defense across our community and hope to do events in the future so stay tuned and if you can make it Sunday, look forward to seeing you at training!
